Job summary
PACS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine nursing care to residents on 2-10PM and 10-6AM shifts with a differential. The role includes identifying residents, recording care, and reporting changes to nursing staff while maintaining privacy and safety. CPR preferred and a willingness to follow facility policies.

Qualifications
- Must possess at least a 10th grade education.
- Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws.
- CPR certification preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide routine daily nursing care and services per care plan.
- Identify residents and administer treatments and meals using proper IDs.
- Report changes in residents' conditions to the Nurse Supervisor promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality of protected health information and follow privacy policies.
- Assist with daily living activities and ensure resident comfort and safety.
