Job summary

PACS is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine nursing care to residents in a post-acute setting. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor residents, and report changes to supervisors with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

Responsibilities include greeting residents, assisting with meals and personal care, ensuring room readiness, and complying with privacy and safety policies. CPR preferred and 10th grade education required.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid CNA license in the state.
• Ability to read, write, and follow written/oral instructions.
• CPR certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before treatments or meals using wristband/photo ID.
• Record entries clearly in flow sheets and charts.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
• Maintain cleanliness and order in resident rooms and common areas.
• Adhere to privacy policies and protect residents' health information.
