Job summary

PACS is seeking a certified nursing assistant to provide compassionate resident care during day-to-day activities, treatments, and safety checks. You will document care, monitor residents, and collaborate with nursing staff to maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.

The role includes evening and night shifts with differential pay and opportunities to participate in our referral bonus program. Training is provided to ensure quality patient care and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before treatments using wristband or photo card.
• Record entries using authorized abbreviations.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information.
• Assist residents with daily activities and mobility.
• Observe for pressure areas and skin breakdowns.
• Handle nursing reports and shift communications.
