Job summary

PACS is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant for the night shift to deliver routine nursing care in a post-acute setting. You will follow the resident care plan, document observations, and maintain resident comfort and safety.

Responsibilities include identifying residents, assisting with activities of daily living, recording vital signs, and reporting changes to the Nurse Supervisor. CPR is preferred; 10th grade education and CNA license required. Equal opportunity employer.
