Job summary

You will report changes promptly to the Nurse Supervisor and maintain resident confidentiality while supporting a warm, patient-centered environment on the unit.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10th grade education required.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments or meals.
• Record entries in flow sheets/notes clearly and accurately.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and follow policies on data protection.
• Assist residents with daily activities and mobility as trained.
• Ensure rooms are prepared for new admissions and assist with transfers.
