Job summary
Valley View Post Acute is seeking a qualified Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care for residents in accordance with care plans. You will work under supervision to support resident comfort and safety.

Qualifications
- Must possess CNA license and work in a healthcare setting.
- Must have at least a 10th grade education.
- Ability to read, write and follow instructions.
Responsibilities
- Identify residents before treatments using wristband or photo card.
- Record entries accurately on flow sheets and charts.
- Report changes in residents' condition to Nurse Supervisor.
- Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
- Assist with daily nursing care and activities.
- Prepare residents for tests and accompany them as needed.
