Job summary

Fountain Valley Post Acute is seeking a Restorative Nursing Assistant to support residents with restorative care and daily living activities. You will work under supervision to implement care plans, assist with mobility, dining, and hygiene, and document care provided.

The role emphasizes warmth, respect, and patient safety in a long-term care setting. Qualified candidates will have CNA and RNA training, a high school diploma, and prior long-term care exposure.

Qualifications

• Restorative Nursing Assistant certification and RNA training required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with restorative exercises to maintain mobility.
• Encourage participation in activities and out-of-bed mobility.
• Assist with dining, transfers, ambulation, and ROM as directed.
• Record weights and promptly report changes to nursing staff.
• Maintain clean clothing and linens in good repair.
• Provide hygiene and护理 assistance including bathing and dressing.
