Job summary

Fountain Valley Post Acute is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents. You will identify residents before treatments, document changes for the Nurse Supervisor, and maintain patient confidentiality in a compassionate unit environment.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily activities, mobility, and preparing rooms for admissions, transfers, or discharges.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret routine procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents.
• Identify residents before treatments using wristband or photo ID.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any disclosures.
• Assist with daily functions and mobility, and ensure a calm environment.
