Job summary

PACS is seeking a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant to provide daily resident care per established care plans. You will identify residents, assist with meals and activities, and report any changes to the Nurse Supervisor.

The role requires documenting care accurately and maintaining confidentiality of resident information. Responsibilities include turning, positioning, and assisting with transfers, while ensuring a calm, safe environment on your shift.

Qualifications

• Must possess a 10th grade education.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Ability to write reports and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments.
• Provide routine daily nursing care per care plan.
• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Record entries clearly on flow sheets and notes.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Ensure room is ready for new residents and assist with transfers.
