Job summary

PACS is recruiting a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care per resident plans and supervision guidance. The role emphasizes accurate identification, documentation, and compassionate assistance across resident needs.

The CNA will follow facility policies, maintain confidentiality, and assist with daily activities, tests, and transfers while ensuring resident comfort and safety.

Qualifications

• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of the state.
• CPR Preferred
• Language Skills: ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Mathematical Skills: ability to apply fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations.
• Reasoning Ability: ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments, serving meals, etc.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, charts in an informative manner.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information including PHI.
