Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a dedicated CNA/Direct Care Giver in Brentwood, TN to provide quality daily living support for residents. You will assist with activities of daily living and encourage participation in community activities.

Responsibilities include documenting care, communicating with the nursing team, and ensuring safety during transfers. CPR/First Aid certification is required or obtained within 60 days of hire. Flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Must possess current CNA license in the state of employment and be in good standing.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and speech.
• Capable of lifting 50 lbs and assisting with transfers.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Report incidents and document care and concerns to the nursing team.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Help plan and conduct activity programs for residents.
• Respond promptly to calls for assistance and emergencies.
• Ensure safe movement and transfers of residents.
• Perform housekeeping duties as directed by supervisor.
