Harmony Senior Services in Avon, IN is seeking a compassionate CNA/Direct Care Giver to provide quality daily living assistance to residents in our community. Qualifications

• Must possess current CNA license from the State and be in good standing with the Board of Nursing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized and able to work well with all levels of personnel.
• Polite and respectful to residents, visitors, and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Perform housekeeping duties in resident areas as directed.
• Respond promptly to resident calls and emergencies.
• Assist with move-in transitions and provide emotional support to new residents.
• Document resident status and interventions in logs and records.
