Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living to promote independence.
• Provide care and support per policies; document in Daily Log and clinical records.
• Respond promptly to resident calls and emergency alerts.
• Conduct housekeeping duties in resident areas as directed.
• Support move-in transition and participate in activity programs.
• Communicate resident status and care concerns to the nursing team.
