Episcopal Homes of Minnesota in St. Paul, MN, is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Longterm Care Nursing team.

The role provides person-centered care in a home-like setting, supporting residents with daily living activities and health monitoring on a 6:30am–2:30pm shift (0.6 FTE). Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, documenting changes, maintaining privacy, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) listed on Minnesota Registry.
• Strong communication skills to interact respectfully with elders.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Ability to follow established care plans and safety procedures.
• Proficiency in spoken and written English to ensure safe patient care and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide ADL assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Observe residents and promote independence and dignity.
• Document health changes and psychosocial status.
• Communicate with interdisciplinary team to meet resident needs.
• Follow infection control, safety, and emergency protocols.
• Assist with transfers and mobility using appropriate equipment.
• Support meals and dietary needs per care plans.
