Job summary

Episcopal Homes in Minnesota seeks a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our nursing team in a home-like long-term care setting. You will provide ADL support, document changes, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure dignity and quality of life for residents.

The role requires strong communication, English proficiency, and a commitment to resident safety. Prior EMR experience and Green House household model familiarity are welcome; positions cover day shifts

Qualifications

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) listed on the Minnesota Registry.
Strong communication skills to engage and support elders respectfully.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
Proficiency in spoken and written English to document care and communicate with patients, families, and the care team.
Preferred: EMR knowledge; experience in long-term care or Green House models.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and assistance with ADLs (bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, toileting).
Observe and report changes in health, behavior, or psychosocial status.
Maintain confidentiality and privacy in documentation and care.
Communicate effectively with coworkers and interdisciplinary teams.
Assist with transfers, positioning, and mobility with appropriate equipment.
Support meals, hydration, and dietary plans; monitor intake.
Follow infection control, safety, and emergency protocols.
