Active CNA certification is required, with shifts at 6:00 am – 2:00 pm and every other weekend. The role sits in a faith-based nonprofit with generous benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification is required for Long Term Care, caregiving experience preferred.
• Commitment to work every other weekend and holidays.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English to communicate with residents and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Perform ADLs as scheduled and assist other team members as needed.
• Monitor changes in residents’ condition and report accordingly.
• Assist with transfers and mobility using gait belts or lifts as needed.
• Ensure residents are cared for with dignity and respect.
