Job summary

Good Samaritan Nursing Center seeks a compassionate Nursing Assistant (NA) to provide resident-centered care in a long-term care setting. You will assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, document care, and support the nursing team under RN supervision.

A CNA certification is required, with timely completion within four months. This is a full-time day shift position offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• CNA certification required or in progress with timely completion.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and hygiene.
• Monitor and record vital signs and health status.
• Provide resident-centered nursing care under RN supervision.
• Report changes to charge nurse and maintain care plans.
• Participate in infection prevention and safety policies.
