• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Minimum age of 16; prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
• CNA certification with the State Board of Nursing, or in process of obtaining certification within four months.

Responsibilities

• Provide resident-centered care under the supervision of an RN.
• Assist with activities of daily living and meals; assist with transfers, positioning, and mobility.
• Maintain infection prevention and PPE use; document care and communicate changes to the charge nurse.
