The Nursing Assistant (NA) at Good Samaritan Society provides resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance under an RN supervisor in a long-term care setting. You will support basic health care needs, monitor vital signs, assist with transfers and mobility, and help with meals while maintaining infection control and care plans.

Qualificações

• CNA certification required or in process to obtain one.
• Minimum age 16; prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
• Maintains annual continuing education requirements as specified.

Responsabilidades

• Provide resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to residents.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
• Record vital signs and report changes to the charge nurse.
• Support meals and hydration; assist with dining experiences.
• Assist with transfers, ROM exercises, and documentation of care.
