Job summary

Villa Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join their Villa Center team. The CNA will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor vital signs under a licensed nurse, and support care coordination with the nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Requires valid CNA license/certification in the state.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification preferred or obtainable within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, eating, grooming, toileting, transferring).
• Provide physical support for daily activities and personal hygiene.
• Turn and reposition bedridden residents.
• Monitor and record vital signs under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Support accurate meal planning according to dietary needs.
• Report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
• Assist in transporting residents to appointments when needed.
