Villa Center is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The CNA assists residents with daily living activities under the supervision of a licensed nurse, providing compassionate care and support at the bedside.

The role includes bathing, dressing, feeding, grooming, transfers, and measuring vital signs, while ensuring safety and dignity. Full-time and part-time positions available in a union-represented environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current State CNA license/certification.
• CPR certification preferred; become certified within 90 days.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with daily living activities under nurse supervision.
• Provide personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, grooming, transfers.
• Turn and reposition bedridden residents.
• Monitor diet and record intake.
• Check vital signs under supervision.
• Respond to patient calls and transport needs.
• Maintain clean rooms and linens.
• Gathers medical supplies and supports staff.
• Document changes in patient condition.
