Job summary

Villa Healthcare in Michigan is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. The CNA supports residents with daily living activities under the supervision of a nurse, ensuring comfort, safety and dignity.

You will assist with bathing, dressing, eating, hygiene, mobility and documentation, monitor vital signs under supervision, and communicate changes to the nursing staff. This is a full-time, on-site role with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• State Certified Nursing Assistant license/certification required.
• CPR certification preferred (within 90 days of employment).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility.
• Turn and reposition bedridden patients.
• Monitor diet based on restrictions and record intake.
• Check vital signs under supervision of a licensed nurse.
• Respond to patient calls and assist with transports.
• Gathers medical supplies and cleans rooms.
• Communicate patient mood changes to nursing staff.
