Job summary

Villa Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. The CNA provides personalized health care under supervision, helping residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, grooming, toileting and mobility, while delivering compassionate and respectful care.

Responsibilities include assisting with transfers, monitoring vitals under a licensed nurse, recording changes, and ensuring clean, safe rooms.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• State CNA license/certification required.
• CPR certification preferred or obtainable within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, eating, grooming and toileting.
• Provide feeding assistance and monitor dietary needs.
• Record vital signs and report changes to a licensed nurse.
• Assist with transfers, mobility, and positioning.
• Maintain clean rooms and bed linens; prepare supplies as needed.
• Respond to resident calls and assist with transportation when necessary.
