Job summary

Villa Healthcare is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Spring Meadows A Villa Center to join our caregiving team. CNAs provide daily living assistance, monitor residents, and collaborate with licensed nurses to support safety and comfort.

Qualifications include a HS Diploma or GED, state CNA license, CPR certification (preferred), and excellent communication. This union-represented role offers full-time or part-time schedules with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• State Certified Nursing Assistant License/Certification required.
• Current CPR certificate or be certified within 90 days, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily living assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding).
• Record vital signs and monitor health under nurse supervision.
• Assist with transfers, mobility and safe resident movement.
• Maintain clean rooms and linens; restock supplies as needed.
• Respond to patient calls and assist with transportation.
• Document changes in resident condition and communicate with nursing staff.
