Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in good standing.
• Strong observation and reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily resident and patient care per nursing procedures.
• Maintain Plan of Care and assist with ADLs including personal hygiene and nutrition.
• Observe and report changes and assist with restorative procedures as needed.
• Ensure a warm, safe unit environment and respond promptly to calls.
