Delaware Department of Health and Social Services (DHSS) seeks caring nursing staff for Stockley Center to provide resident support under supervision from a Registered Nurse. The program offers recruitment incentives up to $10,000 for specified nursing roles and $1,000 referral bonuses for current DHSS employees.

Responsibilities include feeding, toileting, ambulation, vitals monitoring, rounds participation, transporting residents, and applying de-escalation interventions within small

Competenze

• Delaware certification as a Nursing Assistant is required.
• Experience assisting with activities of daily living.
• Ability to work with an interdisciplinary care team.

• Mentor and orient new staff and oversee assignments.
• Lead therapeutic activities and mobility routines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to share physical condition and behaviors.
• Maintain aseptic integrity of feeding, catheters, and respiratory devices.
• Monitor vital signs and log temperature, pulse, respiration, BP and intake/output.
• Document changes in residents’ condition and report incidents.
• Escort residents to activities and appointments.
• Apply interventions to de-escalate behaviors.
