DelDOT is seeking qualified nursing professionals to provide care for clients with acute or chronic disabilities. Candidates must hold a Delaware certification as a Nursing Assistant and possess a valid driver’s license.
The role includes mentoring new staff, monitoring vital signs, and participating in interdisciplinary meetings. Comprehensive benefits, including health and retirement, are offered to successful candidates.
Recruitment and referral incentives are available for several nursing positions, including Registered Nurses, Advanced Practice Nurses, Nurse Consultants, Nursing Supervisors, Compliance Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants. The incentives are paid in quarterly installments over the first year of hire and require a commitment of two consecutive years of employment with DHSS.
