DelDOT is seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant to provide essential support for clients with acute and chronic disabilities. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, assisting with personal hygiene, and ensuring client safety during activities.
The successful candidate should hold a Delaware certification as a Nursing Assistant and be willing to commit to two years of service. New hires will be required to attend Statewide New Employee Orientation and undergo pre-employment checks.

Referral bonuses of $1,000.00 are available to current DHSS employees who refer new hires to the state in each of the above classifications.
To be eligible for these incentives, you must be a new employee of the State of Delaware. Successful recipients must commit to two consecutive years of employment with DHSS.
The program will be administered by the Department of Health and Social Services and may be terminated by the state at any time.

All new hires are required to report to the Statewide New Employee Orientation (SNEO) on their first day of employment. Sessions are held at designated locations in Kent or New Castle County.
