Job summary

Delaware Department of Health and Social Services (DHSS) is recruiting for multiple nursing positions across the state, offering substantial recruitment incentives and referral bonuses to newly hired staff. Qualifications

• Delaware RN license required or Delaware temporary license or multi-state compact license.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or at least one year of RN experience for RN II.
• Two years of RN experience or higher education with RN experience for RN III.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and assessments.
• Develop and review nursing care plans.
• Coordinate health care services and supervise CNAs.
