Delaware Department of Health and Social Services (DHSS) seeks qualified nursing staff to support residents at Stockley Center under RN supervision. Duties include daily living assistance, vitals monitoring, and safe operation of medical devices.

New hires may receive recruitment incentives and must commit to two years of service. Applicants should hold Delaware Nursing Assistant certification and be able to work as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide compassionate, resident-centered

Competenze

• CNA certification required in Delaware.
• Experience in care settings and patient support preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills required.

Mansioni

• Mentor and orient newly hired staff to assignments.
• Lead therapeutic discussions and activities, including ROM exercises.
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and information sharing.
• Ensure aseptic technique for feeding tubes, catheters and resp devices.
