Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per the resident's care plan.
• Identify residents before administering treatments and meals as necessary.
• Report changes in the resident's condition to the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Document entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc., in an informative manner.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any suspected disclosures.
