• Report changes in resident condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets, charts and notes.
• Maintain resident safety and comfort, assist with transfers and mobility.
• Assist with daily living activities and personal care.
• Protect resident privacy and confidentiality of health information.
