Job summary

Yellowstone River Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with each resident’s assessment and care plan. The role requires teamwork with supervisors to maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment.

You will identify residents before procedures, document accurately, assist with daily living activities, monitor residents, and uphold resident privacy and dignity.

Qualifications

• Must possess a CNA license in accordance with state laws.
• Minimum 10th grade education.
• CPR Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per the care plan.
• Identify residents before treatments using wristbands or photo IDs.
• Document changes in residents' conditions to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse.
• Assist residents with daily activities and mobility as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and protect privacy.
