Job summary

Cypresswoods in Texas is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents per individualized care plans under supervision.

You will identify residents, assist with activities of daily living, monitor conditions, document accurately, maintain safety and confidentiality, and communicate with nursing staff to support high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with laws of the state.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services per care plan.
• Identify residents before administering treatments or meals.
• Report changes in residents' condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse promptly.
• Record entries accurately on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident care information and report any privacy violations.
