Villa Toscana at Cypress Woods in Houston, TX, is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide compassionate daily care to residents and support the care team in delivering high-quality service. You will assist with grooming, bathing, mobility, vital recordings, positioning, and daily activities while maintaining safety, accuracy, and dignity for each resident.

Formación

• Holds a current Nursing Assistant Certification from the State of Texas.
• Can accurately record vitals, weights, intake/output, and meal consumption.
• Cares for the elderly and individuals with disabilities with empathy.
• Follows safety policies and procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Personal Care: grooming, bathing, pericare, and dressing.
• Maintain Resident Environment: change linens and stock supplies.
• Support Mobility: ambulate and transfer residents using assistive devices.
• Record Vital Information: document vitals, weights, intake/output, meals.
• Assist with Positioning: turn and reposition residents for comfort and safety.
• Encourage Engagement: lead ROM exercises and provide reality orientation.
