Job summary

PACS Group is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to deliver routine daily nursing care in accordance with care plans. You will identify residents, assist with daily activities, and document clinical information while upholding patient privacy and safety. CPR is preferred and adherence to facility policies is required.

The role emphasizes teamwork with nursing staff, timely reporting of changes, and maintaining a safe, clean, and respectful environment for residents in the unit.

Qualifications

• Must possess, as a minimum, a 10th grade education.
• Must be a licensed Certified Nursing Assistant in accordance with state laws. CPR is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify residents before administering treatments or assisting with meals.
• Report changes in residents' condition to the Nurse Supervisor promptly.
• Record entries on flow sheets and charts accurately.
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and protect patient privacy.
• Provide daily nursing care and assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Prepare rooms for residents and assist with transfers or transportation as needed.
• Participate in shift nursing reports and follow approved policies and procedures.
