PACS seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care aligned with each resident's care plan. You will perform patient care activities, monitor conditions, document accurately, and ensure a safe, caring environment.

The role requires compliance with health information privacy, teamwork with nursing staff, and ability to assist with daily living activities, transfers, and meal service. CPR is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general information
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables

Responsabilités

• Use residents' wristband or photo ID before providing care or meals
• Report changes in residents' condition to Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse
• Record entries on flow sheets, notes, and charts accurately
• Maintain confidentiality of resident information and report suspected violations
• Assist with daily living activities and ensure resident comfort during shifts
• Transport residents as needed and assist with transfers or discharges
• Follow policies on exposure to blood, body fluids, and hazardous materials
• Participate in nursing reports and communicate with other staff regularly
