Job summary

Trellis-Paradise seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans. You will identify residents, assist with meals, and document changes in condition with accuracy.

Responsibilities include reporting incidents, maintaining confidentiality, and following facility policies. Strong communication and reliability are essential; CPR training is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers and employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care and services to residents.
• Identify residents before administering treatments or meals using wristbands or photo IDs.
• Record changes in residents' condition and document carefully on flow sheets and charts.
• Maintain resident confidentiality and follow privacy policies.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility).
• Help prepare residents for medical tests and examinations.
• Ensure rooms are tidy, safe, and ready for new or transferred residents.
