Job summary

Trellis Centennial in Las Vegas is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine daily nursing care per each resident's assessment and care plan. You will identify residents, document changes, and ensure accurate charting while maintaining a warm, supportive environment.

You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor health signals, and collaborate with nursing staff to deliver safe, high-quality care. CPR is preferred and a license is required by state law.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials and regulations.
• Ability to write reports, correspondence, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to present information clearly to managers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily nursing care per resident care plan.
• Identify residents before procedures and document changes in condition.
• Record entries accurately in flow sheets and charts.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and report safety incidents and exposures.
