Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct Personal Care (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and ambulation per plan of care.
• Monitor residents' vital signs and document changes promptly.
• Interact warmly with residents and respond to call lights and requests.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment and report deficiencies or hazards.
• Follow HIPAA and infection control guidelines; complete required trainings.
• Transport residents safely and assist with mobility as needed.
