Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Maintain CPR certification.
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care according to individualized care plans.
• Assess resident conditions and coordinate care plans with the healthcare team.
• Administer and document medications and treatments.
• supervise nursing staff and participate in care plan meetings.
• Follow HIPAA, infection control guidelines, and facility policies.
• Work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
