Responsibilities

• Direct Resident Care: assist with hygiene, mobility, feeding and daily activities.
• Medication Administration: administer meds as scheduled and document responses.
• Observation and Reporting: monitor changes in condition and report to DON or lead staff.
• Environment Maintenance: keep resident areas clean and safe; manage laundry as needed.
• Resident Support and Engagement: help with activities, transportation to events, and social needs.
• Compliance and Training: follow HIPAA and attend required trainings.
• Other Duties as Assigned: perform additional tasks as needed.
