Qualifications
- Successful completion of a nursing arts course and nursing assistant competency evaluation or equivalent military nursing training.
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
- CPR certification required or obtained within two weeks of employment.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily nursing care to residents as directed by nursing staff.
- Follow established policies and procedures to ensure high-quality care.
- Attend care plan conferences and participate in resident council activities.
- Maintain accuracy in intake/output and respond to calls promptly.
- Assist with activities of daily living and promote self-care among residents.
