Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have current CNA license in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work well with residents, families, and other staff.
• Physically able to assist residents and perform transfers.
• Willing to work weekends and holidays and complete required trainings.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Report incidents and care concerns to nursing staff and document appropriately.
• Provide responsive assistance to resident calls and emergencies.
• Assist in planning and conducting resident activities and programs.
• Follow confidentiality policies and maintain resident dignity.
