Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Report incidents and document care concerns in the daily log or clinical record.
• Provide housekeeping support and ensure residents’ comfort and safety.
• Support residents during meals, activities, and move-in transitions as needed.
