Job summary

Harmony Senior Services in Greensboro, NC is seeking a compassionate CNA/Direct Care Giver to assist residents with activities of daily living and participate in meaningful activities. You will support residents, document care, and follow policies, ensuring safety and confidentiality.

Responsibilities include helping residents move, reporting changes, coordinating with the nursing team, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess current CNA license from the State in which the community is located.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Organized and able to work well with all levels of personnel.
• CPR/First Aid certified, or willing to become certified within 60 days of hire.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to participate in community activities and maintain independence.
• Report incidents and changes to appropriate staff and document in logs.
• Perform housekeeping duties and ensure a clean, safe environment.
• Assist residents with move-in transitions and provide emotional support as needed.
• Communicate status and schedules to residents, families, and staff.
