Brittany Manor in Midland, MI is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant to assist residents with ADLs under RN/LPN supervision. You will promote safety, dignity, and comfort while delivering compassionate care in a licensed skilled nursing setting.

Responsibilities include measuring vitals, assisting with mobility, documenting care, supporting dementia residents, and participating in care planning. We offer tuition reimbursement, insurance options, 401(k) with match, and employee discounts.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certified Nursing Assistant with STNA in good standing.
• Basic computer skills and ability to document care.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct resident care, assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding as directed.
• Measure and record vital signs and intake/output as directed.
• Assist residents with mobility and transfers using proper body mechanics.
• Respond to call lights and report observations to licensed staff.
• Support dementia residents with dignity and independence, document care per policy.
