Responsibilities include direct resident care, vital signs, mobility assistance, documentation and infection control, with opportunities for specialty care and dementia support in a compassionate team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED required.
• Must be a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing or graduate of state-approved CNA program and pass competency exam within 120 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, incontinence care, oral hygiene and feeding.
• Measure and record vital signs, weight and intake/output as directed.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers and positioning with proper body mechanics.
