You will perform patient-centered care, assist with hygiene, monitor conditions, and collaborate with nursing staff to ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications

• State-certified nursing assistant (CNA) with valid certification.
• Prior experience as a nursing assistant preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Recording all entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, kiosks, etc.
• Reporting all changes in the resident's condition to the Charge/Staff Nurse
• Assisting residents with hygienic and grooming functions, including dental and mouth care, bathing, dressing, shaving, bowel and bladder functions
• Providing residents with social interactions
• Presenting a positive image of the facility to all customers
