Villa At Parkridge is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team. The CNA helps residents with daily living activities under supervision, and supports nursing staff to coordinate patient care.

We value teamwork, attention to health details, and compassion. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, valid CNA license, CPR certification preferred, and ability to read, write, speak English. Benefits include comprehensive health coverage and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• State CNA license/certification required.
• CPR certification preferred; may be required within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living under nurse supervision.
• Provide bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, toileting and mobility support.
• Turn and reposition bedridden residents and monitor vital signs under supervision.
• Assist with dietary needs and record intake.
• Ensure a clean, safe environment and communicate changes to staff.
